small/medium/large/extra large are $13 + $4 postage.
                     
extra-extra large is $15 + $4 postage.
                     
anything bigger than XXL - add $4 per "X" (example: XXXL is $19 + $4 postage.)
                     
want 100% cotton, add $5 per shirt.
                     
want a color other than white or ash, add $1 (hint: check color of logo!).
            
  Sweatshirts are available and are just the ticket for cooler weather.
  Only $20 for Med/Large/Extra Large + $6 postage.
  Need an XXL? $24 + $6 postage.
